WORK CONTINUES ON THE ANNEX

With most of the exterior work completed, attention has turned to the inside of the annex.

The trustees have contracted to insulate the building with a foam product. When that is completed, electrical and plumbing will begin.

Much strategic planning must be done at this stage to hide wiring and outlets from public view, but at the same time providing the electrical supply needed.

It is hoped this work will be completed by the end of the year.

LBC TO HAVE NEW SECRETARY

Mary Ann Peters begins her duties as secretary/receptionist/researcher September first. Peters has recently moved to Spring- ville to be with family. Originally from the Cherry Creek and South Dayton area, she has lived for twenty years in Port Angeles, a small town in the state of Washington. Her career of thirty years was spent with developmentally disabled adolescent and adults giving them life skills and behavior intervention. She is fluent in sign language. An avid reader, Peters is finding Springville to be an enjoyable place to live. Please stop in to the Bensley Center and welcome her to CHS and Springville.
